Rachel brings a unique blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to the school, with over a decade of experience in spatial design. Originally training in sculpture, in 2020 Rachel studied on the Essential Garden Design Diploma, sparking her passion for garden design. She then joined the team of renowned landscape architect Arabella Lennox-Boyd. In 2023, she transitioned to Richard Miers’ studio, where she continues to work while also taking on her own projects. Rachel recently travelled to Shanghai to represent Richard Miers at the prestigious Suzhou Flower Show, where their garden design earned the coveted Best in Show award. Rachel’s deep connection to gardening runs in the family; as granddaughter of Rosemary Alexander, her love and knowledge of gardens stems from her childhood spent with Rosemary at Stoneacre and Sandhill Farm House.
